How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days. Free Standard Shipping typically arrives 5 to 8 business days after that; Expedited ($5.99) runs about 3 to 5 business days and Express ($14.99) about 1 to 2. Some supplier-shipped items can take up to 13 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.

How do returns work?

Request a return within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging and we refund the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving it. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full, including return postage. Read the full terms.

Yes. Free Standard Shipping is included on every U.S. order (typically 5 to 8 business days after processing). Need it sooner? Expedited Shipping ($5.99, about 3 to 5 business days) and Express Shipping ($14.99, about 1 to 2 business days) are offered at checkout.
